Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Serenity Bay Villa website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Reservation and Cancellation
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made 14-29 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: No refund
Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM local time. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
House Rules
During your stay, we ask that you:
- Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of your accommodation
- Treat the property and facilities with care
- Follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions
- Report any issues or damages promptly
Liability
While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment, Serenity Bay Villa is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Personal injury occurring outside of our direct control
- Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control
- Weather-related issues or natural phenomena
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damage should be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
